Prompt #10

For photographers and authors

“They were grey amongst the pastel coloured houses. The wool made a grating sound as they marched together as clones, leather shoes hitting pigeon poo and old chewing gum. They are unsmiling robots in a metropolis that is so alive. Where is it they go? What place do they belong in because it isn’t here?” (© Mimi Newman, 2017)

A piece of very flash fiction from Mimi Newman to inspire both photographers and authors.  Use this as inspiration for an image or a series of images (maximum 6) or as the inspiration for a piece of flash fiction or poetry.  If you missed the previous prompts, they can be found here.  Don’t forget you need to sign up to the project to participate; the sign-up and other details can be found here.
