The judges’ decisions are final.
By submitting images and/or texts to Urban Flash, you accept that The Photo Republic of London reserves the right to use any of the entries on its website, in its newsletter or in its social media for a period of one year to promote the project. Full accreditation will be given to the photographer/author and copyright remains with the photographer/author at all times.
Only images submitted to our Flickr Group will be considered to go through to the Grand Finale.
Each participant can enter one submission per prompt.
Photographic submissions should not exceed more than six images per prompt. Flash fiction submissions should not exceed 750 words.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change my entry once I’ve submitted? Yes. For images uploaded, delete your first submission and replace with your new entry. For texts, email us at hello@tprol.co.uk and indicate in the subject line that this is a replacement text.
Do I have to pay to submit an entry? No, participation is free.
When will I know if I’ve been short-listed? Shortlisted entrants will be contacted within a month of the closing dates.
